The school Business Plan guides decisions, profiles, structures and resources over the next three years at Boyanup Primary School. In recognising a whole school Continuous Improvement Agenda,  the 2021 - 2023 Business Plan is a result of collaboration with the staff of Boyanup Primary School and the School Board, taking into account the demographic and needs of our students and a thorough analysis of school performance data. Each of the priority areas of school improvement outlined in this Business Plan are supported by operational plans, policies and school expectations. Operational plans are working documents and are reviewed regularly throughout the year.
